1. General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jeetway app ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing the jeetway app website at https://jeetway-app.com, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.
jeetway app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically so that you remain aware of the current version in force.
These Terms are written in English and the English version shall govern in all circumstances. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
1.1 Scope of Services

1.2 Language & Governing Law
These Terms are published in English. All communications between jeetway app and its players — including support interactions, bonus notifications, account correspondence, and formal dispute communications — are conducted in English. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law and in the English language.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the jeetway app Platform is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is non-negotiable under any circumstances.

- You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by yourself through the jeetway app platform tools, or by any third-party responsible gambling authority — that remains in active force.
- Your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or restriction applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
2.1 Geographic Restrictions

Players are responsible for understanding and complying with any legal restrictions on online gaming that apply in their specific location. jeetway app makes no representation that the services offered on this Platform are lawful or available in all jurisdictions. 3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of jeetway app services — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile phone number, and a valid email address.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point (including during identity verification procedures) is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of account balances.
3.1 One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the jeetway app platform. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices are used — is strictly prohibited. jeetway app employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any bonuses or promotional winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts will be voided.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetway app account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. jeetway app will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately via the contact details provided on this site and change your password without delay.
jeetway app accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party — remains your responsibility until the point at which you report the compromise to us in writing.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
jeetway app operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to confirm player identity, age, and payment method ownership. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage: national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, utility bill dated within the last three months, or bank statement. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe communicated by our support team may result in account restriction.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jeetway app are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.1 Deposits
Deposits are credited to your jeetway app account balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method selected. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though jeetway app reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large transactions. You may only fund your jeetway app account using payment instruments that are registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days from the date of approval, subject to completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. jeetway app reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than the player's typical transaction history.
4.3 Refused Transactions
jeetway app reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other activity that may breach these Terms or applicable law. In such cases, relevant information may be shared with appropriate authorities in accordance with our legal obligations.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
jeetway app offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to major events in the Bangladeshi calendar — including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day, and Independence Day — as well as major international sporting calendars such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied in full before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds thresholds (for sports bonuses), time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps for each specific promotion are stated in the individual offer terms and conditions published alongside that promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility & Abuse
Bonuses are intended for recreational players engaging in genuine gameplay activity. jeetway app reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the associated account — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other players to claim multiple bonuses, using automated betting scripts or bots, or creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to your account. Any unwagered bonus balance and associated winnings remaining at the point of expiry will be removed from your account automatically. No extension of bonus validity periods will be granted.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the jeetway app Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
- Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to disguise your true geographic location or identity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method to interact with the Platform, place bets, or collect data.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or other activity intended to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Platform's software, infrastructure, or game logic.
- Using funds derived from illegal activity to fund your jeetway app account, or using the Platform in any way that facilitates money laundering.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jeetway app support staff through any communication channel.
- Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter through jeetway app's formal dispute resolution process.
jeetway app reserves the right to suspend or close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach. Where fraudulent activity is identified, jeetway app will not hesitate to share relevant information with law enforcement authorities and payment processors.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
jeetway app may suspend or permanently close a player account at any time and for any reason, including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the player's own request. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jeetway app will communicate the reasons and expected timeline to the player via their registered contact details wherever legally permissible to do so.
7.1 Voluntary Closure
If you wish to close your jeetway app account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our support team at any time. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC checks. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming harmful may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, you will be unable to log in, and you will be excluded from all marketing communications. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetway app, its directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliated partners shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any technical failure, interruption, or error affecting the Platform.
jeetway app does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain a secure and reliable service, we cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or acts of third parties.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
By continuing to use jeetway app, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
